Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4-6 lemons)

  3. In a large pitcher, combine fresh lemon juice and the cooled ginger syrup.
  4. Add remaining 4 cups of cold water to the pitcher and stir well.
  5. Fill glasses with ice cubes, pour the ginger lemonade over ice, and garnish with lemon slices and mint leaves if desired.
  6. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 days.

Notes

For a sparkling twist, substitute cold water with sparkling water just before serving to add a refreshing fizz.
