Cajun Honey Butter Grilled Salmon

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix softened butter and honey until combined.
  3. Brush salmon fillets with olive oil and sprinkle Cajun seasoning evenly over each fillet.
  4. Place the salmon on the grill skin-side down and cook for 4-5 minutes.
  5. Flip the salmon fillets and cook for another 3-4 minutes, until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily.
  6. In the last minute of grilling, spread the honey butter mixture evenly over the top of the salmon fillets to melt.
  7. Remove from grill, drizzle lemon juice on top, and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
