  • 3/4 cup cocoa powder

  • 12 mini Cadbury Creme Eggs, halved

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat, then remove from heat and stir in sugar until combined.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
  5. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until fully combined.
  6. Pour half the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  7. Arrange halved Cadbury eggs evenly over the batter layer.
  8. Pour the remaining batter over the eggs and spread gently to cover.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out with moist crumbs.
  10. Let cool completely before cutting into squares and serving.
