  • 1 cup corn kernels (fresh, frozen, or canned)
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder

Instructions
