Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/4 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 small jalapeño, seeded and minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the diced mangoes, red bell pepper, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro.
  2. Drizzle the lime juice over the mixture and gently toss to combine.
  3. Season with salt to taste and mix well.
