These Strawberry Shortcake Brownies are fudgy, chewy, and packed with fresh strawberries and white chocolate chips. A delicious twist on a classic dessert!

  • 1 box brownie mix
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • Whipped cream, for topping
  • Additional strawberries, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine brownie mix, vegetable oil, water, and eggs. Mix well.
  3. Fold in diced strawberries and white chocolate chips.
  4. Pour batter into the prepared pan.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with fudgy crumbs.
  6. Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
  7. Top with whipped cream and fresh strawberries before serving.

Notes

For best results, use fresh, ripe strawberries. You can also add a drizzle of melted white chocolate on top for extra decadence.
