  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 3 tbsp harissa paste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together harissa paste, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add chicken thighs to the marinade and ensure they are fully coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight in the refrigerator.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove chicken from marinade, allowing excess to drip off.
  5. Grill chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
