  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 green onion, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Chili flakes for garnish

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs: Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat and let sit for 10-12 minutes.
  2. Cool and peel: Rinse the eggs under cold water until cooled. Peel the eggs carefully.
  3. Prepare the filling: Slice the eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks. Place the yolks in a bowl.
  4. Mix the ingredients: Mash the yolks with mayonnaise, chili garlic sauce, Dijon mustard, and smoked paprika until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Fill the egg whites: Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves.
  6. Garnish and serve: Garnish with chopped green onion and chili flakes (optional). Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

For a milder flavor, start with 1/2 tablespoon of chili garlic sauce and adjust to your preference.
