Sheet Pan Teriyaki Salmon

This Sheet Pan Teriyaki Salmon is a quick and flavorful dinner option featuring tender salmon glazed with a homemade teriyaki sauce and roasted to perfection alongside crisp vegetables.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 small red onion, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes (if using) to create the teriyaki sauce.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared sheet pan and arrange the red bell pepper, broccoli florets, and red onion slices around the salmon.
  4. Brush the teriyaki sauce generously over the salmon and vegetables.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork, and the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle sesame seeds and sliced green onions over the top.
  7. Serve immediately with steamed rice or your preferred side.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the salmon in the teriyaki sauce for 15-30 minutes before cooking. You can also add snap peas or carrots for more veggie variety.
