  • 1 pound breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 6 frozen waffles, toasted and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 4 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cooked sausage, waffle pieces, and shredded cheese.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour egg mixture over sausage and waffle mixture.
  6. Gently stir to combine.
  7. Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish.
