Ranch Taco Party Bowl

A flavorful and fresh Ranch Taco Party Bowl combining zesty ranch seasoning, seasoned ground beef, crispy taco toppings, and vibrant veggies for a crowd-pleasing meal.

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 large tomato, diced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/2 cup crushed tortilla chips
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add ranch seasoning mix to beef and stir well to combine. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cooked rice, black beans, corn, lettuce, diced tomato, green onions, black olives, and cilantro.
  4. Add the seasoned beef to the bowl and gently toss all ingredients together.
  5. Squeeze lime juice over the mixture and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Divide the mixture into serving bowls and top each with shredded cheddar cheese, crushed tortilla chips, and a dollop of sour cream.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy your flavorful Ranch Taco Party Bowl!

Notes

For extra heat, add a few dashes of hot sauce or some sliced jalapeños before serving.
