  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup hot water
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts, for garnish

Instructions

  2. Gradually add hot water, whisking until the sauce is smooth and creamy. Adjust the amount of water to achieve your desired consistency.
