  • 4 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
  • 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 container (12 ounces) whipped topping, thawed

Instructions

  1. In a 9×13 inch dish, create a single layer of graham crackers, breaking them as needed to fit.
  2. In a large bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping.
  4. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the graham cracker layer.
  5. Arrange half of the mixed berries over the cream cheese layer.
  6. Add another layer of graham crackers, followed by the remaining cream cheese mixture and berries.
  7. Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the lasagna to set. Slice and serve!

Notes
