No-Bake Grinch Oreo Truffles

Delight in these festive No-Bake Grinch Oreo Truffles, a creamy, chocolatey, and minty treat perfect for holiday celebrations and easy to prepare without an oven.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 36 Oreo cookies (green filling preferred, or regular Oreo)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup green candy melts or white chocolate tinted green with food coloring
  • Green sprinkles or colored sugar, for garnish
  • Optional: Red candy pieces for Grinch’s heart decoration

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a sealed bag and rolling with a rolling pin.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the Oreo crumbs with the softened cream cheese and mix until fully blended into a dough-like consistency.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze for 15 minutes to firm up.
  4. Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
  5. Dip each chilled Oreo ball into the melted white chocolate, allowing excess to drip off, and place back on parchment paper.
  6. Allow the white chocolate coating to set fully, about 15 minutes.
  7. Melt the green candy melts or green-colored white chocolate.
  8. Dip each white chocolate-coated truffle into the green candy melts to cover completely. Place back on parchment paper.
  9. Before the green coating sets, garnish with green sprinkles and optionally add red candy pieces to resemble the Grinch’s heart.
  10. Let truffles set completely at room temperature or refrigerate for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra festive flair, add a small edible eyes decoration or pipe a red smile with colored icing to mimic the Grinch’s face.
