Delicious No-Bake Cinnamon Toast Pie

This No-Bake Cinnamon Toast Pie is a dreamy dessert that combines the nostalgic flavors of cinnamon toast with a creamy, decadent filling. It’s incredibly easy to make and requires no oven time!

  • 1 (14.3 ounce) package cinnamon graham crackers
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • Cinnamon sugar, for topping

Instructions

  1. Crush the cinnamon graham crackers into fine crumbs. You can use a food processor or place them in a resealable bag and crush them with a rolling pin.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix well until the crumbs are evenly coated.
  3. Press the crumb mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie plate.
  4. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Gradually add the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  6. Stir in the ground cinnamon.
  7. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  8. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  9. Pour the filling into the prepared graham cracker crust.
  10. Sprinkle the top of the pie with cinnamon sugar.
  11. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the pie to set.
  12. Slice and serve chilled.

Notes

For an extra touch, drizzle the pie with caramel sauce before serving. You can also garnish with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
