  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti, cherry tomatoes, olives, cucumber, red onion, feta cheese, parsley, and basil.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the spaghetti mixture and toss to combine.

Notes
