This quick and easy Mediterranean Baked Fish recipe is a simple weeknight dinner that’s both healthy and flavorful. Ready in just 10 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb white fish fillets (cod, halibut, or tilapia)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped Kalamata olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place fish fillets in a baking dish.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
  4. Top with Kalamata olives, sun-dried tomatoes, and minced garlic.
  5. Sprinkle with oregano, salt, and pepper.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes, or until fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Serve immediately.

Notes
