  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

  • 2 cups finely shredded cabbage

  • 1 cup diced cucumbers
  • 3 cups broken saltine crackers

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  2. Add shredded cabbage, diced tomatoes, and cucumbers; stir to combine thoroughly with the dressing.
  3. Just before serving, fold in the broken saltine crackers just enough to coat them without making them soggy.
