  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add cauliflower florets and cook for 5-7 minutes, until slightly tender.
  3. Add sliced mushrooms and minced garlic to the skillet.
  4. Cook for another 5-7 minutes, until mushrooms are softened and garlic is fragrant.
  5. Stir in soy sauce and dried thyme.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Cook for 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
  8. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley.
