Tender steak bites sautéed in a rich garlic butter sauce, perfect for a quick and flavorful meal any night of the week.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pat the steak pieces dry and season generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  3. Add steak bites in a single layer and cook without stirring for 2-3 minutes to develop a crust.
  4. Flip the steak bites and cook for another 2-3 minutes until desired doneness.
  5. Reduce heat to medium, add butter and minced garlic to the skillet.
  6. Sauté the garlic in butter for about 1 minute until fragrant while stirring the steak to coat evenly.
  7. Remove from heat, garnish with chopped parsley if using, and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, serve with a side of mashed potatoes or roasted vegetables. You can also add a splash of Worcestershire sauce to the butter for an umami boost.
