Savor tender garlic butter chicken balls served atop a rich and creamy Parmesan pasta, perfect for a comforting and elegant dinner.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (for chicken balls)
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 oz fettuccine or pasta of choice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced (for pasta sauce)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (for pasta)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Optional: red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well until fully incorporated.
  2. Form the mixture into 1.5-inch meatballs and set aside.
  3. Heat 1 tablespoon butter and 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken balls and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally. Remove from skillet and keep warm.
  4. Cook pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, melt remaining 1 tablespoon butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  6. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.
  7. Add cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to combine, coating evenly.
  8. Serve creamy Parmesan pasta topped with garlic butter chicken balls. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and extra Parmesan if desired.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half, and bake the chicken balls instead of frying for a healthier option.
