  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup lime crema
  • 12 corn tortillas
  • Lime wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until pink and cooked through.
  3. Warm tortillas according to package directions.
  4. Fill each tortilla with shrimp, cabbage, cilantro, and lime crema.
  5. Serve immediately with lime wedges.
