  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup honey-roasted pistachios, roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • Pita bread or crackers, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine the feta cheese, cream cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, and black pepper.
  2. Process until smooth and creamy.
  3. Transfer the feta dip to a serving bowl.
  4. Sprinkle the chopped honey-roasted pistachios and dried cranberries over the top.
  5. Serve immediately with pita bread or crackers, or chill for later.

Notes

For a spicy kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the dip. You can also substitute walnuts or pecans for the pistachios.
