No-Bake Brownies

Deliciously rich and fudgy no-bake brownies that require no oven, perfect for a quick and easy dessert option.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, pulse the walnuts until finely chopped.
  2. Add the pitted dates, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
  3. Process until the mixture starts to clump together and forms a sticky dough.
  4. Press the mixture firmly into a lined 8×8 inch pan.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
  6. Cut into squares and serve chilled.

Notes

For an extra indulgence, sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top before refrigerating or add chocolate chips to the mixture.
