Easy Beef Enchiladas with Red Sauce Recipe

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 12 corn tortillas

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add chopped onion and cook until softened.
  3. Stir in enchilada sauce.
  4. Dip each tortilla in the sauce and fill with beef mixture and cheese.
  5. Roll up tortillas and place in a baking dish.
  6. Pour remaining sauce over enchiladas and top with cheese.
