Homemade Easy Alfredo Chicken Bake

This Easy Alfredo Chicken Bake is a quick and easy meal the whole family will love! It’s a flavorful, cheesy, and satisfying dish perfect for busy weeknights.

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 jar (16 oz) Alfredo sauce
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 8 oz pasta, cooked al dente
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook chicken over medium heat until cooked through. Drain any excess grease.
  3. In the same skillet, combine Alfredo sauce, milk, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Bring to a simmer.
  4. Add cooked pasta and chicken to the skillet and stir to coat.
  5. Pour mixture into a 9×13 inch baking dish. Top with mozzarella cheese. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes

For a spicier dish, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the Alfredo sauce. You can also add vegetables like broccoli or spinach to the bake.
