  • 2 tablespoons Italian herb blend
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine softened butter, olive oil, minced garlic, and Italian herb blend.
  3. Spread the butter mixture evenly over each slice of bread.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the buttered bread slices.
