Crockpot Cheesy Chicken Spaghetti Overview

This chicken spaghetti recipe is quick, easy, and absolutely delicious! Perfect for a weeknight meal.

  • 1 pound spaghetti
  • 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 1 can (10.75 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can (10.75 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can (10 ounces) diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti, shredded chicken, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, diced tomatoes and green chilies, and milk.
  4. Pour mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish. Top with cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until heated through and cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes

For a spicier dish, add a pinch of red pepper flakes. You can also use leftover cooked chicken instead of rotisserie chicken.
