  • 4 oz dried beef, thinly sliced
  • 1 (16 oz) jar dill pickles, drained well
  • Optional: Everything bagel seasoning, for topping

Instructions

  1. Spread softened cream cheese evenly over each slice of dried beef.
  2. Place a pickle spear on one end of the cream cheese-covered dried beef.
  3. Roll the dried beef tightly around the pickle.
  4. If desired, sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
  5. Cut each roll into bite-sized pieces and serve immediately or chill for later.

Notes

For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the cream cheese before spreading. You can also substitute ham for the dried beef.
