  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  4. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
  5. Add garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute, or until fragrant.
  6. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, and bring to a simmer.
  7. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  8. Return chicken breasts to the skillet and coat with the sauce.
  9. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, or until sauce has thickened slightly. Serve immediately.
