Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 Lobster Tails
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/4 cup White Wine
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Fresh Parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the lobster tails by cutting them lengthwise down the center, being careful not to cut all the way through.
  3. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  4. Pour in white wine and let it simmer for a couple of minutes, allowing the alcohol to evaporate.
  5. Add heavy cream and lemon juice to the saucepan. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir well to combine.
  6. Place the lobster tails in a baking dish and spoon the creamy sauce generously over them.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the lobster meat is cooked through and opaque.

Notes

For an extra touch of flavor, sprinkle a pinch of paprika over the lobster tails before baking. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
