Cranberry Brie Flatbread

Cranberry Brie Flatbread is a delightful blend of creamy brie, tart cranberries, and crispy flatbread, perfect for an elegant appetizer or a light snack.

  • 1 flatbread (8-10 inches)
  • 4 oz brie cheese, sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh or dried cranberries
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the flatbread on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
  3. Arrange the sliced brie evenly over the flatbread.
  4. Scatter the cranberries and chopped walnuts on top of the brie.
  5. Drizzle honey over the entire flatbread and sprinkle with fresh thyme leaves.
  6. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the brie is melted and the flatbread edges are golden and crispy.
  8. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, then slice and serve warm.

Notes

For an extra layer of flavor, add a handful of arugula on top after baking or swap walnuts for pecans for a nuttier taste.
