These crabby shrimp-stuffed garlic bread bombs are an explosion of flavor! Soft, cheesy, and packed with a savory seafood filling, they’re the perfect appetizer or snack.

  • 1 loaf Italian bread, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 lb cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 4 oz imitation crab meat, shredded
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic, and parsley.
  3. Place bread cubes in a large bowl and drizzle with the garlic butter mixture. Toss to coat evenly.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, shrimp, crab meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and black pepper. Mix well.
  5. Using your fingers, create a small well in the center of each bread cube.
  6. Spoon the shrimp mixture into each well, filling it generously.
  7. Place the stuffed bread cubes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.

Serve with marinara sauce for dipping, if desired.
