1 loaf Italian bread, cut into 1-inch cubes
1/2 cup butter, melted
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 lb cooked shrimp, chopped
4 oz imitation crab meat, shredded
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

In a separate bowl, combine cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, shrimp, crab meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and black pepper. Mix well.
Using your fingers, create a small well in the center of each bread cube.
Spoon the shrimp mixture into each well, filling it generously.
Place the stuffed bread cubes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let cool slightly before serving.
