Chocolate Banana Bark

  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • Optional: sprinkles, chopped nuts, or shredded coconut for topping

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil.
  3. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
  4. Spread the melted chocolate evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Arrange the banana slices on top of the chocolate in a single layer.
  6. Sprinkle with your favorite toppings, such as sprinkles, chopped nuts, or shredded coconut.
  7. Freeze for at least 2 hours, or until the chocolate is firm. Break into pieces and enjoy!

Notes

For a sweeter bark, use milk chocolate instead of dark chocolate. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.
