  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup raspberry jam
  • 9 vanilla wafer cookies

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in vanilla extract and egg until well combined.
  4. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of cream cheese mixture onto each vanilla wafer.
