Sweet and savory Candied Kielbasa Bites combine smoky kielbasa sausage with a sticky brown sugar glaze for a perfect appetizer or snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb kielbasa sausage, sliced into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, and black pepper to make the glaze.
  3. Place sliced kielbasa in a baking dish or rimmed sheet pan.
  4. Pour the glaze over the kielbasa slices, tossing gently to coat evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the kielbasa is heated through and caramelized.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
  7. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a pinch of chili flakes to the glaze for a subtle heat, or serve these bites with toothpicks for easy snacking at parties.
