Boursin Dip with Crostini

A creamy and flavorful Boursin cheese dip served with crispy, buttery crostini, perfect for entertaining or a savory snack.

  • 1 package (5.2 oz) Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
  • 1 baguette, sliced thinly
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, halved
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine Boursin cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and lemon juice until smooth.
  3. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
  4. Place baguette slices on a baking sheet. Brush both sides with olive oil.
  5. Bake baguette slices for 8-10 minutes until golden and crisp, flipping halfway through.
  6. Remove crostini from oven and immediately rub each slice with the cut side of garlic clove for extra flavor.
  7. Transfer dip to a serving bowl, garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
  8. Serve the Boursin dip alongside the warm crostini for dipping.

Notes

For an extra touch, sprinkle the crostini with a little grated Parmesan before baking or serve with fresh sliced veggies for variety.
