  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil

  • 1 cup Long Grain Rice
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss chicken legs with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  3. Place rice and chicken broth in a baking dish. Season with salt.
  4. Arrange chicken legs on top of the rice.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  6. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and rice is tender.
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
