  • 8 oz goat cheese, softened
  • 6 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Crackers or sliced baguette, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine softened goat cheese, crumbled bacon (reserve a small amount for garnish), chopped chives, garlic powder, and honey.
  2. Mix until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Form the mixture into a log shape using plastic wrap to help shape and tighten it.
  5. Refrigerate the log for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  6. Before serving, sprinkle the reserved bacon on top for garnish.
  7. Serve chilled with crackers or sliced baguette.

Notes

For extra flavor, roll the log in finely chopped nuts or herbs before chilling, and serve with a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
