Apple Salad with Grapes

A refreshingly crisp apple salad, beautifully complemented by sweet grapes, crunchy celery, and a creamy, tangy dressing. This delightful no-cook recipe is perfect for a light lunch, a vibrant side dish, or a quick, healthy snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 large red or green apples, cored and diced
  • 2 cups red or green grapes, halved
  • 1 celery stalk, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup walnuts or pecans, chopped (optional)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise or plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced apples, halved grapes, sliced celery, and chopped walnuts (if using).
  2. In a small separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), fresh lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until well combined and smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the apple mixture and gently toss until all the ingredients are evenly coated.
  4. Serve immediately or for best flavor, cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For an added touch of warmth, sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon into the dressing. You can also toast the walnuts lightly before adding them for extra crunch and flavor.
